Color is energy.
You will find
yourself drawn to one color more than others. The energy vibration of that color
is what you need, at this moment, in order to improve and balance your emotional
state.
There are numerous ways to heal and balance with color. A good rule of thumb is
this: “Energy follows thought” Where we put our thoughts, this is where the
energy goes. By concentrating on a particular healing color, it is the
visualization of that color that will be projected. If we focus on a color, the
energy emanates from our body and begins to change the frequency that resonates
with that particular color.
Color is light. Light, which is split into different wavelengths vibrating at
different speeds and different frequencies. Objects that ABSORB all wavelengths and
DO NOT reflect
any, is black. Objects that REFLECT all
wavelengths and DOES reflect everything, is
white. Between black and white lies COLOR.
Colors are wavelengths of energy that, to us, appear as color because of the
potential and capabilities of the object to either absorb or reflect the energy.
This basic principle is how we experience color.
The
Chakra:
The Chakra are stations along the central axis of your being. Each one is a
point at which energy can be expressed in a certain set of actions, attitudes
and emotions. The Chakra are a map of the soul which you must move along for
healing to happen.
These points represent our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth.
When these points are healthy and in balance, then we are the equivalent.

The color
energy that surrounds us are ever changing based on how we are "inside

Your Aura:
The word
"aura" is but
another name for "forcefield"
or "radiation." Every

*Black is a color often shrouded in confusion. Many individuals shy away from

It activates the feminine or magnetic energies of the body, strengthening them.
It should be used sparingly for too much Black can cause depression or aggravate
emotional and mental conditions. Black is most effective when used in
conjunction with White which balances the polarities of an individual. It can
activate the level of the subconscious which can put life in it's proper
perspective.
A body that may have a Black Aura is usually a body without life. The light is
gone from the body. Also remember, Black contains the entire color spectrum. It
is just not visible to the human eye.
THE LOCATION OF COLORS:
*The right side: emphasizes the masculine energy. The recent past or that which
is leaving you.
*Center and above the head: best expresses what you are experiencing right now.
*The left side: emphasizes the feminine energy. The near future or that which is
coming into your life.
THE SHAPE OF THE AURA:
*If it is bright and extended widely around you, this means that you are feeling
happy, optimistic and good about life.
*If it is dark and narrow, this could mean that you are depressed, ill, listless
or afraid.
*If it is even on all sides, this means that you are well balanced and
consistent *If you see gaps or holes in your aura, this usually symbolizes a
loss or a will to let go of something significant.

Balance:
This is the bottom line. We strive all our lives to keep in balance. Our

RED ENERGY:
Red Energy - is governed by the spine or the Root Chakra. The power center is
closely grounded by earth, is outgoing, and portrays a positive attitude. The
Root Chakra must be grounded. Fatigue, fear, and anxiety are often caused by the
missing contact with the earth reality.
The Root Chakra - energizes the feet, legs, tailbone, vagina, urinary organs,
and adrenaline glands.

self-confidence, security, positive love, and will power.
In using Red - you are striving for balance. This is the energy you need to help
the chakras to function in accordance with the others.

ORANGE ENERGY:
Orange Energy is governed by the Spleen Chakra. Orange is the best stimulant,
